Really Being Still
Psalms 46:10
Really Being Still
Psalms 46:10
Join us for a FREE six-week workshop starting June 14 led by Sara Smith, Trauma Psychotherapist and Founder of Reclaiming Life Therapy and Wellness.
In a culture that glorifies and places pressure on us to remain perpetually busy and in constant activity, many believers struggle to embody the stillness, peace, and presence that scripture calls us to. We know we should be still, but many of us do not know how to practice it, especially in our busy society.n
You will gain:
- An understanding of what being still and what abiding in Christ actually feels like
- Learning to listen to God, yourself and others
- Practical tools for managing stress and anxiety
- Skills to access calm and integrate faith, mental and physical health
Session Dates:
Sundays | June 14 to July 19 | 3pm to 4:30pm
Each session is a safe space where scripture is taught, and the spiritual insights gained are practiced individually and as a group. Sustainable practices will be learned that will continue long after the program ends.
