Pre-Registration to Attend Really Living Church Services

COVID-19 REGULATIONS
PLEASE read the information below before registering to attend.

If changes are made from the previous week, they will be highlighted in yellow.

 

***PLEASE PRE-REGISTER EACH WEEK.***

PRE-REGISTER

  • Pre-register to attend online each week at reallyliving.ca/register. We will need your name(s), a phone number, home address, and email.
  • Register each member of your household who plans to attend, regardless of age.
  • Registration opens Sunday at noon and closes at 8 pm on Friday or whenever max attendance has been reached.

MAXIMUM ATTENDANCE

  • Our attendance will be capped at 120, including children and volunteers.
  • Any drop-ins (those who have not pre-registered) may attend if less than 120 individuals have pre-registered or if there are no-shows.

PROHIBITED ATTENDANCE

  • If you do not feel well*, or any member of your household does not feel well, DO NOT COME TO CHURCH (*e.g. fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, tiredness, shortness of breath).
  • If you are under mandatory quarantine for any reason, including recent travel, do not attend.

FACE COVERINGS

  • Each person attending shall bring his/her own mask/face covering. It shall be worn AT ALL TIMES while in the building. It must cover the nose, mouth, and chin without gapping.
  • Exemptions include any child under the age of two, any child under the age of five who cannot be persuaded to do so by their caregiver, any person with a medical condition inhibiting their ability to wear a face covering, or any person who is unable to place/remove a face covering without assistance, and presenters on stage who are maintaining proper physical distancing and not facing one another.

ARRIVAL & PRE-SCREENING

  • Please arrive no earlier than 10:30 am, and no later than 10:55 am. (Doors may be locked to outside access after 11 am.)
  • Upon arrival, proceed to the entrance on the south side of the building, next to the parking lot.
  • Before you enter the building, a volunteer will ask pre-screening questions related to you/your family’s health. Those unwell, or in a home where someone is unwell, will not be permitted to enter.
  • If there are multiple individuals/households waiting in the screening area, please queue up using the physical distancing lines on the sidewalk.

UPON ENTERING

  • Those who have pre-registered shall proceed directly to the auditorium.
  • Any drop-ins who have not pre-registered, but for whom space is available, must go to the welcome centre to provide their contact information for tracing purposes.

AUDITORIUM SEATING

  • Every other row is closed off. Please sit only in open rows.
  • Required buffer: Two seats must be left empty between you and anyone not of your household.
  • Help us maximize seating availability! If sitting in one of the side sections, please select seats as close to the wall as possible. If sitting in the centre section of seats, please go as close to the centre of the row as possible. Doing so will allow those entering after you to access all available seating.
  • Once you are seated, please remain at your seat throughout the service, in as much as it is possible for you to do so.

ACCESS TO WASHROOMS/WATER

  • You may use the washrooms near the welcome centre (men’s, women’s, and accessible), but not those near the conference rooms or in the children’s wing.
  • The water fountain will be available for refilling your personal water bottles. Please do not use the drinking spout.

LEAVING THE BUILDING

  • At the end of the service, please remain in your seat until you are ushered out. The auditorium will be dismissed from back to front.
  • Please go directly to the exit. Do not stay and socialize inside the church building.

AT ALL TIMES...

  • Maintain a distance of 2 metres (6 feet) from anyone not of your household.
  • Parents/caregivers will be responsible for the monitoring and compliance of their minor children.
  • Do not access any areas of the church other than the main auditorium, the indicated washrooms, and the hallway/foyer (for entrance and exit purposes).

TITHES & OFFERINGS

  • We recommend that you pay your tithes and offerings online.
  • For those who prefer to give in person, please drop your envelope in the secure deposit slot at the welcome centre.
  • Please consider taking some blank tithe envelopes home with you to fill out in advance for any subsequent visits.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • At this time we are only providing a main service (11 am to approx. 12:30 pm). There are no Sabbath Schools or other programs offered in person.
  • Live streaming on YouTube will continue.
