March 2020

Wednesdays, March 4, 11, 18 & 25
6–8 pm

What's involved?

A plant-based nutritionist will offer a short talk at the beginning of each class.

Each participant will then have the opportunity to prepare the evening’s dishes at their individual stations, simultaneously with the cooking demonstration. Onsite volunteers will be available to assist as needed.

The following food groups will be featured:

  • Night 1: Breakfast recipes
  • Night 2: Main entrées
  • Night 3: Soups and desserts

On the fourth night, participants will experience “Dining with the Doctor”. Enjoy a plant-based supper while hearing expert information on veganism and health in an informal question-and-answer session with Dr. Neeraj Lakhanpal.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Bring a pen with you for taking notes. All ingredients will be provided, along with a binder containing the demonstrated recipes.
