The one-hour workout sessions start with a warm-up, then proceed into a combination of resistance and cardio-respiratory training, and finish with a cool-down.
Our personal trainer aims to make the program fun, friendly, and non-intimidating. If you are unable to keep up with the suggested exercises, she will endeavour to offer a modified option, or you may choose to rest until you are able to continue.
We strongly recommend that you make yourself available to attend all sessions in order to enjoy the maximum benefit. However, we understand that schedules are not always flexible and that emergencies do occur.
If, after registering, you are unable to continue with the program we ask that you let us know so that we can fill your spot with names on our waiting list.
This program welcomes adults of all skill and fitness levels. Our personal trainer will offer modified exercise options for those who need it.
HOWEVER, all participants will be required to complete an activity readiness questionnaire and waiver of liability before participating. If you have health issues that might be worsened by physical activity, you will be required to obtain a physician’s written permission before participating.
