Meet Our Trainers
Our Trainers
Christina and Sophie are both certified fitness instructors. Sophie is also a natural nutritionist. Together they have been teaching virtual and in-person classes. Their workouts vary from low impact/intensity, resistance bands, tabata, AMRAP, cardio, HIT, pound (drumsticks), step, and kickboxing.

A variety of plant-based blended smoothies will be available after each boot camp session, free of charge.
