Our Trainer
Sophie is a certified fitness instructor and a natural nutritionist who has been teaching virtual and in-person fitness classes. Workouts vary from low impact/intensity, resistance bands, tabata, AMRAP, cardio, HIT, pound (drumsticks), step, and kickboxing.

A variety of plant-based blended smoothies will be available after each boot camp session, free of charge.
