Active Living Boot Camp


Active Living Boot Camp is a multi-week fitness program consisting of one-hour workout sessions, conducted under the guidance of a certified personal trainer. This program welcomes adults of all skill and fitness levels.

Sessions start with a warm-up, proceed to a combination of resistance and cardio-respiratory training, and finish with a cool-down. Our personal trainers aim to make the program fun, friendly, and non-intimidating. If you are unable to keep up with the suggested exercises, they will endeavour to offer a modified option, or you may choose to rest until you are able to continue.

Meet Our Trainer

Our Trainer

Sophie is a certified fitness instructor and a natural nutritionist who has been teaching virtual and in-person fitness classes.  Workouts vary from low impact/intensity, resistance bands, tabata, AMRAP, cardio, HIT, pound (drumsticks), step, and kickboxing.


Enjoy a Post-Workout Smoothie!

A variety of plant-based blended smoothies will be available after each boot camp session, free of charge.
