Active Living Boot Camp

About

Active Living Boot Camp is a multi-week fitness program consisting of one-hour workout sessions, twice a week, conducted under the guidance of a certified personal trainer. This program welcomes adults of all skill and fitness levels.

Sessions start with a warm-up, proceed to a combination of resistance and cardio-respiratory training, and finish with a cool-down. Our personal trainers aim to make the program fun, friendly, and non-intimidating. If you are unable to keep up with the suggested exercises, they will endeavour to offer a modified option, or you may choose to rest until you are able to continue.

COST: $65 per person

MINIMUM AGE TO JOIN: 16

What to Bring:
  • a refillable water bottle (a filtered filling station is available)
  • comfortable clothes
  • non-marking shoes

Meet Our Trainers

Our Trainers

Christina and Sophie are both certified fitness instructors.  Sophie is also a natural nutritionist.  Together they have been teaching virtual and in-person classes.  Their workouts vary from low impact/intensity, resistance bands, tabata, AMRAP, cardio, HIT, pound (drumsticks), step, and kickboxing.

A variety of plant-based blended smoothies will be available after each boot camp session, free of charge.
